Jubilee Group Appoints Juan Cazcarra as Group CEO, Succeeding Julius Kipngetich

Jubilee Group has appointed Juan Cazcarra as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Julius Kipngetich, who will conclude his eight-year tenure at the helm of the Group.

Cazcarra, who currently serves as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, will assume the top leadership position on December 1, 2026, marking a leadership transition within one of East Africa’s established financial services groups.

His elevation to the Group CEO position provides continuity in leadership, with Cazcarra taking over from Kipngetich following his eight years leading the organisation.

The appointment places Cazcarra at the centre of Jubilee Group’s executive leadership as he prepares to take on responsibility for steering the Group’s next phase of growth and business development.

Kipngetich’s departure marks the conclusion of an eight-year period in which he has served as Group CEO, providing leadership to the organisation across its financial services operations.

The transition from Kipngetich to Cazcarra represents a significant executive succession at Jubilee Group, with the incoming Group CEO moving from his current deputy position to lead the organisation from December 2026.
